Heedbook launched a system for assessing customer satisfaction with the help of AI

Heedbook is a service for assessing customer satisfaction, employee efficiency and cross-sales. It works with live video and audio from the employees desktop webcam, mobile cam or screen video (for teleconference service).

Analyzing results of facial emotion recognition, verbal expressions, the content of the conversation with the employee and other parameters, Heedbook offers a complete range of services to measure overall customer satisfaction with the quality of service. Information is provided in the context of customers, employees and offices of the company.

In January 2018 Heedbook LLC launched the desktop service (for offices), in March 2018 - the mobile app and wearable camera (for DSA, couriers, receptionists), in May 2018 - the teleconference service.

Heedbook is a partner of Microsoft, McKinsey, PWC and SoftLine.
